Fostering a culture of giving.
Every year, Spaulding Ridge commits 1% of our net income to organizations doing important charitable work in our communities. Spaulding Ridge’s Corporate Giving Committee oversees the nomination and submission of grants to organizations where our employees are involved. We prioritize organizations committed to education and workforce development of underrepresented and underserve communities. We celebrate and highlight these efforts throughout the year and look for opportunities to combine our financial giving with employee volunteering as well.

New Moms’ mission is to strengthen families by partnering with young moms as they progress towards housing stability, economic mobility, and family well-being.
Night Ministry
The Night Ministry is a Chicago-based organization whose mission is to provide human connection, housing support, and health care to those who are unhoused or experiencing poverty. With an open heart, we compassionately accept each individual as they are and work alongside them to advocate for their immediate physical, emotional, and social needs while affirming our shared humanity.
Fallen Patriots
Fallen Patriots provides college scholarships and educational counseling to military children who have lost a parent in the line of duty.
