about us

Corporate Social Responsibility

Our commitment to bettering our local and global communities is a hallmark of Spaulding Ridge.

How can we make the world a better place?

It’s this question that acts as our daily compass. We’re global citizens, and this is our shared world — what are we doing if not striving to make it better? Spaulding Ridge was founded on the belief that business can be a force for good, and we aim to live that belief in all we do.

By helping other businesses succeed, creating an inclusive and satisfying work environment, donating one percent of our revenue to charitable causes, and supporting communities as volunteers, we hope to leave this world a better place for all. At the core of these efforts are our employee-led committees focused on sustainability, giving time, and charitable contributions.

We strive to invest in our local communities.

01

Green Weeks

Spaulding Ridge launched its first-ever Green Weeks initiative in celebration of Earth Day, bringing together employees across global offices to support sustainability through community-focused activities. Teams participated in local cleanups, gardening and conservation efforts, environmental education sessions, and other hands-on initiatives that promoted eco-friendly practices and gave back to their communities.

02

Chase Corporate Challenge

The Spaulding Ridge team participates in the JP Morgan Corporate Challenge, a 5K race that promotes health and fitness in the workplace, fosters goodwill and camaraderie, and shows commitment to the community and best environmental practices.

03

Pitching in for the Parks

We frequently partner with park foundations across the United States and Canada to organize community clean-up days and give back to our cities. In Chicago, our team partnered with the Chicago Park District to help keep public parks and green spaces clean and beautiful throughout the summer.

04

The Brown Elephant Resale Shop

Team Spaulding Ridge volunteered at The Brown Elephant Resale Shop in Chicago, supporting its mission to fund LGBTQ+ healthcare services through Howard Brown Health. Through volunteering and donations, employees helped give back to the local community and support greater access to inclusive healthcare services.

05

Greater Minneapolis Crisis Nursery

Spaulding Ridge employees volunteered with Greater Minneapolis Crisis Nursery, preparing lunch and leading activities for children and families. The organization provides free support services and childcare to help prevent child abuse and neglect while strengthening families facing difficult circumstances.

Community Outreach

GIVING TIME

At Spaulding Ridge, our commitment to community extends beyond financial contributions. We believe in the power of giving our time and talent to make a meaningful impact. Volunteerism is a core part of our culture, and all employees are encouraged and expected to participate in at least 12 hours of community service each year.

Our Community Outreach Committee works to ensure that every employee has opportunities to get involved, whether through local partnerships, company-sponsored service events, or independent initiatives. We also encourage our bandmates to take on volunteer leadership roles, deepening their impact within the communities where we live and work.

Throughout the year, Spaulding Ridge hosts community service events across our offices and in virtual settings, making it easy for employees to contribute in accessible, meaningful ways. Our goal is to achieve 100% participation across the company in at least one service activity annually.

Green Committee

SUSTAINABILITY

At Spaulding Ridge, we recognize that addressing our environmental impact is an important part of being a force for good. As a mission-driven company, we are committed to understanding and reducing our footprint while helping our clients do the same.

Organizations turn to Spaulding Ridge to solve complex business challenges, and through our SE&OP™ framework, we help them integrate sustainability goals with broader business priorities. We apply that same mindset internally by evaluating the impact of our operations—from travel and purchasing to facilities—and taking steps to reduce our carbon footprint. We have already transitioned to an almost entirely paperless environment and continue to advance initiatives that support long-term emissions reductions.

Our Green Committee and Sustainability Squad work closely with leadership and employees to drive these efforts, helping us track progress, implement eco-friendly practices, and advance our commitment to sustainability through both accountability and action.

"We believe in 'Think Global,' recognizing that we are part of something bigger in the communities where we live and work. That’s why we are deeply committed to giving back through outreach efforts, from cleaning parks to mentoring underrepresented youth, because we measure success not only by what we achieve, but by the positive impact we make."
