about us

Inclusion at Spaulding Ridge

Our success as an organization is heightened when we leverage diversity of thought and experience, when we dare to innovate, push boundaries, and encourage our people to bring their full selves to work each and every day.

How we embrace the

call for inclusion

Spaulding Ridge is deeply committed to listening, to learning, and to doing our part to create a more inclusive, equitable world. In everything we do, we ask our bandmates to stand behind our efforts and initiatives, and to share their feedback on how we could do more.

As a value-driven organization, we believe when we leverage expertise, insights, and creativity of people from all walks of life, we become a better organization, we deliver superior services to our clients, and we change our local communities and the world for the better. At the core of these efforts are our employee-led resource groups, read below to learn more.

Women in Tech

From the earliest days of the tech industry, women have played an integral role in innovating and advancing technology. Unfortunately, in today’s workplace, women are often marginalized, and deliberate effort is necessary to help them overcome the structural inequities in the tech world.

Spaulding Ridge’s Women Elevate (WE) initiative builds connection between women in technology, offering resources and community to our internal people, our channel partners, and our clients. In 2022, we started hosting our annual Women Elevate conference, which brings together leaders from across the business world to discuss how to end gender bias in tech and build a community of allies.

Racial Equity

Spaulding Ridge believes that systemic racism in the United States cannot be eradicated without dedicated, consistent effort. We support efforts to address racism in the broader communities we are a part of and strive to make our own company an accepting, equitable place to work.

Spaulding Ridge’s Culture, Race and Ethnicity (CRE) provides us with opportunities to honor and celebrate multicultural identities. As an ERG, CRE promotes empathy, cultural competence, and allyship, all important factors that contribute to an inclusive company culture.

LGBTQ+ Rights

Too many LGBTQ+ individuals face discrimination and persecution because of who they are. We believe businesses have a responsibility to ensure every workplace is a safe space for everyone no matter their gender identity or sexuality.

Spaulding Ridge’s PROUD stands up for the LGBTQ+ community within the firm and around the world. This working group advises Spaulding Ridge on how to be more supportive as an organization, it provides opportunities for our employees to learn more about important issues in this area, and it engages in volunteerism focused on acceptance and inclusion.

Spaulding Ridge’s Mental Wellness Alliance is helping us make progress in reducing mental health stigma and improving the mental wellness of our people by increasing awareness and education, fostering connection, and promoting a culture that supports employee well-being.
