Eight Years In: Reflecting on 2025 and Our Vision for 2026

For me, Spaulding Ridge’s anniversary has always been a time to both reflect on the past and plan for the future. We’re incredibly grateful for the past year. Because of our collaborations with our clients, our people, our alliance partners, and our communities, we were grateful to celebrate another year of growth and success. Even more important, we maintained our strong culture throughout this period of rapid change.

2025 was also a transitional year for Spaulding Ridge. Like many companies, we’ve seen AI go from an intriguing opportunity to a required business competency. Many Spaulding Ridge clients have asked us to help them adapt to an AI-powered future, and we’ve guided them from AI readiness initiatives to full-scale solution rollouts. Much of this work happened in collaboration with our alliance partners, but we’re also deeply proud of our many in-house innovations in this space.

We’ve helped our clients navigate this change even as we’ve navigated it ourselves: AI is now integrated into our internal operations and our client delivery model, helping us spend more of our time on projects that drive value. We’re constantly assessing our approach to find new ways to work faster and smarter with AI.

We’ve also continued to build our global presence to better serve our clients. Spaulding Ridge now operates more than a dozen global offices with over 600 bandmates, providing our clients with around-the-clock support. Our global expansion also allows us to continue providing opportunities and upward mobility for our people, which is key to attracting the best talent to Spaulding Ridge.

In 2026, we’re continuing to invest in the things that made 2025 a success while evolving other areas to support growth. Our leadership team is a major part of this. Spaulding Ridge has made several shifts to executive leadership, most notably welcoming an Advisory Board and a new CFO, Eric Kirkhofer. There are other exciting changes still in the works that we’re excited to announce in the first half of the year. The focus, as always, is to provide more meaningful solutions for our clients, address their most critical business challenges, and deliver better outcomes from our work.

The coming year will also be one in which we evaluate our offerings to provide maximum value to our clients. We plan to deepen our focus on the CFO’s office—a foundational strength of Spaulding Ridge. CFOs increasingly lead their businesses’ data and AI strategies. As experts in both core financial concerns and data and AI, we believe we’re an ideal strategic partner for the modern CFO and their team.

Our tech partnerships will also continue to evolve in the year ahead. We’ve broadened our tech partnerships through investments in the Oracle ecosystem, and we’re exploring other new data partnerships to ensure we can be a more strategic, more comprehensive partner to our clients. We’re also excited about what our existing tech partners have in store for this year, and how we can collaborate to drive success for our shared clients.

I’d like to close with two highlights of 2025. First, my professional highlight: winning Snowflake’s 2025 Americas Data Cloud Services Growth Partner of the Year, as part of the Snowflake partner awards. We’re immensely proud of how we’ve built our data solutions business, and our relationship with Snowflake is a major part of that.

As for the personal highlight: After all our hard work, the Chicago office finished the year with a holiday bash, complete with live-band karaoke! I had a great time playing bass in the band with my colleagues, and I’m excited to make this a new tradition for years to come.

Thank you to everyone who helped Spaulding Ridge reach eight years. The most exciting times for our business are still ahead, and I look forward to a great 2026. Rock on!
