CHICAGO-February 3, 2021, Spaulding Ridge, a top management consulting firm, announced it has earned the 2021 Top Workplaces USA award, issued by Energage, a purpose-driven organization that develops solutions to build and brand Top Workplaces. This is the inaugural year for Top Workplaces USA, built on the program’s 14-year history surveying more than 20 million employees across 54 markets for the regional Top Workplaces awards.
Winners of the Top Workplaces USA list are chosen based solely on employee feedback gathered through an employee engagement survey issued by Energage.
Results are calculated by comparing the survey’s research-based statements, including 15 Culture Drivers proven to predict high performance against industry benchmarks.
The award marks Spaulding Ridge’s first of the year after its 2020 efforts, which during that time won four Consulting Magazine awards in 2020. During 2020, Spaulding Ridge grew rapidly and hired a total of 90 new employees that became part of what the organization refers to as “the band”. This award shows the steps that Spaulding Ridge is taking to further expand its team and create a culture focused on people.
