Alex Helin is a Managing Director at Spaulding Ridge, where he leads go-to-market and client efforts within the Revenue Excellence practice in North America. Since joining Spaulding Ridge in 2019, Alex has successfully led advisory and implementation initiatives for hundreds of clients, including more than a dozen Fortune 500 companies.
Prior to joining Spaulding Ridge, Alex spent seven years at General Mills in end-to-end supply chain and cross-functional leadership roles. He brings deep expertise in streamlining complex business processes across sales, procurement, and legal functions, and is recognized as a trusted advisor in the contract lifecycle management space.
Alex earned his Bachelor of Science in business administration with a specialization in logistics management from The Ohio State University and is based in Ohio.
