Brittany Hartwig serves as Vice President, Legal for Spaulding Ridge. With over a decade of legal expertise, Brittany brings a wealth of experience and a business-oriented approach to her role.
Before joining Spaulding Ridge, Brittany served as Director, Legal for a prominent fintech company, where she oversaw the organization's contracting function, litigation and dispute resolution, product counseling, and U.S. employment matters. Her diverse background includes three years as an Assistant General Counsel for a public company, where she managed litigation and risk mitigation strategy, and over seven years as a litigator specializing in complex commercial matters.
Brittany's strengths lie in providing strategic counsel across various business functions, legal project management, thoughtful risk mitigation, policy creation and implementation, and relationship building with internal stakeholders. She is known for her ability to advise on novel legal issues and to provide a creative, pragmatic approach that aligns with overarching business objectives.
Brittany is a graduate of Loyola University School of Law. She is based in Chicago.
