Ekrem Erol is a technology and consulting leader with over 15 years of experience driving enterprise digital transformation, ERP modernization, and cloud programs across global organizations. As the ERP Leader at Spaulding Ridge, he guides enterprise applications strategy and helps clients connect data, processes, and people to measurable outcomes.
He has deep experience across ERP, CRM, AI, and cloud platforms. He led multi-region transformation programs with P&L ownership above $30M. He builds high-performing teams, shapes global delivery models, and works closely with C-suite and board leaders to align technology with growth goals. He invests in early-career talent and mentors them to grow into future leaders. He built enterprise application training programs and an internal academy to support structured learning and career growth. He also leads mentoring programs that help new talent gain skills, confidence, and real project experience.
Before Spaulding Ridge, Ekrem served as Practice Director of Enterprise Applications and Digital Transformation, where he led global ERP and cloud programs across Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, NetSuite, and SAP. He also held roles at Omnicom, Do&Co, and Dexia, where he led ERP programs, organizational change, and M&A integrations across more than 50 countries.
Based in Tampa, Florida, Ekrem lives with his wife and two kids. He spends his free time around motorsports and martial arts. He enjoys pushing the limits on the track when possible, and training to stay active.
