Manish Joshi is a seasoned operations executive with nearly two decades of experience in strategic planning, delivery leadership, and corporate operations. At Spaulding Ridge, he is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the firm’s APAC offices, with leadership across corporate functions including finance, HR, IT, and legal.
In this role, Manish plays a critical part in advancing Spaulding Ridge’s regional growth strategy by aligning operational execution with business objectives, enabling scalable processes, and driving measurable outcomes. His focus on continuous improvement and financial stewardship supports the firm’s long-term success in the region.
Prior to joining Spaulding Ridge, Manish served as Chief Delivery Officer at QuarkCube, where he led delivery, pre-sales, customer success, finance, and business operations.
Manish holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering and brings a strong technical foundation to his leadership in operations and organizational effectiveness.
