Matt Wise is an accomplished executive with more than 25 years of experience in financial and operational leadership. As Chief Operating Officer at Spaulding Ridge, he oversees the firm’s business operations, including finance and accounting, legal, information technology, and operations.
Matt works closely with company leadership to drive profitable growth and ensure alignment of strategic investments. He also brings deep expertise in acquisition management, having successfully led and integrated multiple transactions throughout his career.
Before joining Spaulding Ridge, Matt served as CVP of Operations for a global digital consulting practice. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with concentrations in Finance and Economics, from Marquette University.
