Sam Kubek is a Managing Director at Spaulding Ridge with more than a decade of experience helping organizations transform their planning capabilities. With deep expertise in finance, planning processes, and cloud strategy, Sam partners with clients to pragmatically apply technology and frameworks that meet immediate business needs while supporting long-term strategic goals.
Sam began his career at Blue Stone International, Jay Laabs' first company, and continued at Huron following its acquisition. He joined Spaulding Ridge in 2018 as a manager, quickly rising to partner in 2019. Today, he leads the firms Anaplan practice, overseeing large, complex client engagements and mentoring teams to grow into stretch roles and excel.
Based in Houston, Sam is passionate about giving back. He actively supports Project H.O.O.D., which empowers inner city youth in Chicago, as well as national organizations like The First Tee and veterans' charities.
He holds a bachelor's degree in finance and management information systems from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management and brings nearly a decade of consulting experience in finance and transformational programs to his leadership role at Spaulding Ridge.
