As more legal teams, regions, and workstreams are onboarded onto the Docusign, they needed day-to-day support across the globe to assist users with their questions, issues and enhancements.

Worldwide extension of the team
With the rollout of Docusign CLM and eSignature, Spaulding Ridge has provided ongoing global adoption support from rollout, day-to-day questions and requests, and enhancements. They also created a new Clause Library and a third-party dashboard for CLM Reports using Google Studio.
RESULTS:
Successful onboarding of users across regions globally
Our added support facilitated the onboarding of thousands of legal users for CLM and eSignature. We also led the rollout of CLM in EMEA, APAC, and LATAM, providing development, UAT, training, and post go-live support, while configuring or enhancing over 300 Document Generation Forms.
